CMC Announces Increase in $175,000 / $0.035 Unit Private Placement
Vancouver, BC.: CMC Metals Ltd. - (“the Company”) (TSX-V: CMB) wishes to announce that it has revised the terms of its originally announced 5,000,000 Unit private placement at $0.035 per Unit as announced pursuant to its April 23, 2020 press release by increasing the number of Units to be issued to 8,000,000 at $0.035 per Unit for total proceeds of $280,000. The remainder of the terms of the placement as announced are unchanged with each Unit consisting of one common share and one transferrable share purchase warrant exercisable on a 2:1 basis at $0.05 per share for a one year period. Fifty percent of the total placement is being taken by Insiders of the Company and this transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
