CMC Announces Resignation of Director

August 3, 2021. Vancouver, B.C. – CMC Metals Ltd. (TSX-V: CMB), (Frankfurt: ZM5N), (CMCZF: OTC PINKS); (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Arif Merali has resigned as a Director of the Company.

Mr. John Bossio noted, “The Board of Directors would like to sincerely thank Mr. Merali for his many years of service and commitment to the growth and development of our Company. We wish Mr. Merali the best in his future endeavours.”
