CMC Announces Additional Increase in $400,000 / $0.05 Unit Private Placement
Vancouver, BC.: CMC Metals Ltd. – (“the Company”) (TSX-V: CMB) wishes to announce that it has increased the Units being offered pursuant to its 8,000,000 Unit private placement offered at $0.05 per Unit, as originally announced in its July 3, 2019 press release, the terms of which were revised by press release dated August 1, 2019, to 8,400,000 Units at $0.05 per Unit to raise $420,000. The remainder of the terms of this placement remain unchanged with each Unit comprised of one common share and one transferrable share purchase warrant exercisable on a 1:1 basis at $0.075 per share for a two year period, subject to regulatory approval.
