CMC Announces New $480,000 / $0.08 Unit Flow-Through Private Placement
Vancouver, BC.: CMC Metals Ltd. - (“the Company”) (TSX-V: CMB) wishes to announce that we have arranged a flow-through private placement to raise $480,000 to issue up to 6,000,000 flow-through common shares of its stock at $0.08 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferrable share purchase Warrant. Every two transferrable warrants will be exercisable into one additional common share at $0.10 per share for a one-year period. The proceeds of this private placement will be used towards the Company’s exploration program at the Silver Hart Property, Yukon which will include environmental and engineering studies of the access route, geophysical evaluation, drilling, reclamation planning, and other exploration activities.
There are no finder’s fees payable pursuant to this transaction and this placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
